The client’s challenge was allowing users to book a ticket quickly and without confusion within a few clicks after selecting a movie.

After understanding the user behavior and the app capabilities, the challenge was not a big deal for us!

What we know is that users love discounts and offers for the latest movies and that was the key to encourage them to register before or during browsing the movies. And that reduced the booking steps after users choose the movie they like.

The other important thing we did was designing one screen only that includes all movie information after sorting the information architecture of that screen.

However, we have not forgotten to create other options for A/B testing and also create another opportunity for instant booking if the user already added a payment method to his account. We covered all use cases and scenarios and took into consideration suggesting other features and elements to help with the product’s viral growth.
